Pinestead Reef Resort, Traverse City

I had a fantastic time at the resort! The location is stunning, right on the beach with breathtaking views of Grand Traverse Bay. The room was spacious and had everything we needed, including a full kitchen which was great for our family meals. The indoor heated pool was a highlight, offering a wonderful way to relax. However, I found that the dining options, while convenient, could use more variety. Overall, it was a great family getaway with a relaxing atmosphere!

I had a family weekend stay at Pinestead Reef Resort and found it to be a pleasant experience overall. The best parts were the friendly staff and the beautiful beach right outside our door, with rooms offering spacious balconies. However, I noticed some maintenance needs on the outside of the building and a bit of a musty smell in our unit, which detracted from my stay. I'm looking forward to returning after the planned remodel.

Although everything was generally clean and well-maintained, the air conditioning unit was a bit noisy at night. Overall, it was a wonderful escape for our family with a great community vibe.
